I have completed the counselling course with Carolyn over the seven sessions, in those time we worked together, I was receiving an unconditional positive regard; helpful insights to my parenting issues with the children, useful information on forgiveness, and most importantly, we invited the Holy Spirit to guide us in our sessions. From the moment I first saw Carolyn with Chris West in one of his interviews on the podcast Theology of the Body, I felt drawn to her work and her gentle approach. I then emailed her and was surprised she would assist me with my needs. After our 30 minutes free session, I knew I wanted to work with her because of the love I felt, which is unique for me to have experienced. Carolyn has helped me to understand the deeper love that God the Father has for me, providing with new ideas for me to think about, and the encouragement I needed to get through some tough moments. I am glad that I have approached Carolyn instead of going to the regular counselling support (which I have done in the past), for I felt comfortable and safe talking with her about my issues through the lens of my faith, and being healed and guided by the Holy Spirit.

I highly recommend Carolyn's expertise to anyone who's dealing with the painful experience of divorce. Her firm yet compassionate approach made all the difference for me. What makes her stand apart from many relationship specialists is the fact that she looks at the therapy holistically. She takes into consideration the reality of humans living as spiritual beings. Through the lens of faith, she combines practical solutions to the problems at hand with long term well-being of a client, always centered in truth of the Christian teaching.
