I’m hoping our next RBT will be a better fit for our 3 year old and hopefully at that time I can update my review. Our BCBA Oscar is amazing and very experienced, the RBT was brand new to the center and had no previous experience. We decided to give her a chance anyway. In the first couple of weeks already showed up late a few times and called sick a couple of times. No issues we were very understanding. Then on the day we discontinued working with her, my daughter had a rough night and didn’t wake up at her regular time. As we are heading upstairs to get her up and I’m telling her guess who is here and excited to see you. She just out of no where leaves the house. My daughter is now having a meltdown I’m trying to understand what happened and then I’m told by my nanny she has said they have a policy of 15mins and if she’s not with the child in that timeframe she just gets to leave. Zero consideration for how my daughter would feel. Mind you this was the first we had heard of this policy. Additionally no acknowledgement from anyone about the situation, but an email to write a review and another one from billing. So this is been my experience in the first 30 days disappointed. Additionally we get assigned another RBT, I ask for experience and just get provided with a name and phone number. I was previously with BlueGem but had to leave because they no longer had a local BCBA. We got to meet the RBT to ensure they were a good fit before they started.

A pleasant experience. My daughter was treated very well by the BCBA and RBT staff. I'm impressed with how successfully the therapists worked with our four years. Very aware and simply pleasant.
