Erin is amazing at what she does! Coaching has been critical for my healing journey. As a Natural Health Practitioner & Applied Kinesiologist, I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to address mental/emotional health for nervous system health! And Erin is amazing at walking through every step of your health journey with you! She has helped me tremendously!!

We get so busy with life we sometimes need to step back and be more intentional about how we are living it. Coaching helped me realize I have to do what is healthy for myself and not always put others' needs ahead of mine. Through coaching with Erin, I have been able to set healthy boundaries within my relationships, and set goals for my life and what I hope to accomplish.
