10/10! I’ve been working with Holly for probably a year or so. She really gets to know her clients and is exceptionally responsive to messages. She is a lovely human and absolutely one of the best and most competent healthcare providers I’ve ever had.

As an Adult Case Manager in Southern Maine, I have worked with Shannon and her team on multiple occasions, beginning in early 2024. I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect while working with her and her team. When I reached out to Acadia Psychiatry, I was treated with respect, and I impressed by the work ethic I saw on display. Shannon was willing to work with my client and I without hesitation, and she made navigating services easy and accessible, upholding the highest levels of professionalism. It's worth noting that violence and harassment against mental health workers is on the rise in a post-COVID world, while the field itself experiences a shortfall in the number of mental health providers available to provide this much needed care. Shannon and her team and dedicated to increasing access to mental health services in Maine. I would highly recommend Acadia Psychiatry to other case managers in my position.
