Getting intouch with them is next to impossible! I brought my children here before covid and I would have given them 5 stars, but since covid, I can't get in contact the person that was assigned to them, they wouldn't return our calls or even sign the prior authorization for the pharmacy to fill the meds. We have had nothing but bad experiences since last year. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

If your new to mental health. Read this. The DMV has better service. The people are nice and overworked. You will not be able to contact your doctor unless you are in an appointment. Office hours don't exist. Sometimes you will get lucky and find someone there, but they will not be able to help you. Slidell office. Schedule appointments no matter what because you can always cancel. Getting an appointment will always be a month or two out. There are no emergencies in this system, because you will never get your message or questions past the front desk or email service. Your Doctor doesn't see your emails and you will have no way to contact him unless your are actively in an appointment. Not sure it is better anywhere else.
