I will actually never know how to review the psychologists there as the person answering the phone was the rudest, most unprofessional person I've encountered in my 60 years. I called to check on my child's name on waiting list. She answered the phone in an irritated manner. I gave her the name and she was huffing and puffing and I could hear her roughly going through papers looking. She asked me what the referral was for. I told her there was no referral and she raised her voice in a hostile and condescending tone. I told her I would try back later as I noticed she seemed to be having a hard day and hung up. I'M SURE THE PSYCHOLOGISTS HERE ARE GREAT AND WOULD BE APPALLED IF THEY KNEW THE TYPE OF PERSON REPRESENTING THEM.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Called to get an appointment for my daughter and the lady who called me back was very rude, didn't let me get a word in before telling me insurance doesn't cover her testing and it would be $3,000 to see my child! My oldest had the SAME testing done with our BCBS insurance and it was COVERED!
