Working with Action Coach Dane County for the past 9 months or so has been a game changer for me. Amy has been a fantastic guide and teacher while taking their succession planning course. The two biggest values I’ve gotten are clarity and accountability. They’ve helped me think and act with the end in mind, which has completely shifted how I approach each week. And the accountability piece has been huge, it keeps me focused, consistent, and actually following through on the plans we create. Action Coach Dane County's coach Sharon is awesome. Her personality charisma and experience make her a great business coach. Her understanding of human psychology along with business intelligence give her a unique perspective on helping people be better business managers. This class has been well worth the time and expense.
