ADHD Brain Understood

From our first call, I knew I was in good hands. Being diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I had more questions than answers. I looked at plenty of websites/videos about ADHD and while they were informative, it wasn’t enough. With Dawn’s guidance, insight, humor, and use of real-world examples, things started to make sense. She gave me the tools to start using (and acknowledging) my strengths in ways I’d have never thought of. My only regret is not finding Dawn earlier. She truly has changed my life and I am grateful for the opportunity to have learned from her.

I look forward to every appointment with my coach! She has a way of meeting me exactly where I’m at that day — we laugh a lot, we dive into some deep stuff, and she’s helped me revamp my morning routine about 15 times because… ya know, ADHD. 😅 She has taken the time to really understand my brand of ADHD. She gives me tools and strategies that actually fit how my brain works, and she creates a safe space where I can celebrate wins, share struggles, and process whatever I need in the moment. She even met with my partner separately to give him insight into how I experience life, which has helped us communicate and understand each other so much better. I am beyond grateful for my coach and highly recommend her to anyone looking to bring some calm to their chaos!
