After struggling with anxiety and daily panic attacks for over six months I reached out to ADHD counseling services. Taven was very helpful, after one session I left having simple but very practical tools that can help me work through panic attacks. I left feeling validated, and hopeful that I can gain more tools moving forward with help from ADHD counseling.
