Natalie was amazing, and I truly enjoyed my time seeing her. However, they seem to have issues with filing insurance claims on time, and then want you to foot the bill when they are denied for exceeding the timely filing limits. I wouldn't recommend going here for that reason alone.

I was a patient here for years and they dropped me as a patient because someone I told them I didn’t give them permission to speak to , called and lied on me. They didn’t even have the decency to call or mail me anything about it, I only found out when I called to make an appointment. I never saw the doctor the whole time I was there it was always an APRN. Natalie St Clair likes to gaslight her patients and downplay the side effects of the medicine that she prescribes them. I blatantly said I don’t want a specific class of medicine because of the side effects and she “changed” my medicine to another one and the same drug class. I was always understanding of medical professionals advice and respected their opinions but after my experience here I’ve grown to distrust medical professionals as a whole. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
