Donald is exceptional. He has a way of asking thoughtful questions that lead to powerful insights. Donald is straightforward, practical, and honest. I randomly came across Aligned on Purpose while searching for a therapist/coach to help me navigate a gap that I was noticing was difficult to close and unable to close with other coaches/therapists. Donald and I had a phone conversation to identify fit for what I was looking for and it led to several coaching sessions that I found incredibly insightful and helped me to not only close the gap that I wanted to close but was able to shift my thinking in a new direction. I highly recommend Aligned on Purpose as it was a game changing experience for me.
