I came to Alisha for coaching because I felt like I lacked clarity in many aspects of my life. From career to relationships, I was unclear about what I wanted and where I was going. I knew that I was in a position to make some major changes in the next 1-3 years, and I wanted to ensure that I went into those changes intentionally. I think this made my situation a bit challenging because I wasn't ready to make an immediate change in any area of my life when I started coaching. While I definitely got value out of the experience, I also think it would have been even more valuable if I had been in a different state of mind and was seeking active change or had a less nebulous goal. That said, I have seen some positive changes in myself. I'm more comfortable being assertive and saying "no," I'm less nervous about having difficult conversations, I'm more willing to network, and I am more accepting of where I am in life presently. I also have a better understanding of my personal and professional values. I enjoyed working with Alisha because we had a lot in common personally. She understood my motivations and interests well. I also appreciated that she compassionately pushed me and didn't let me off the hook too easily when I resisted trying new things. Overall, I feel like I have a better definition of what "clarity" means to me, although I still need to work on going from clarity to outcomes. Alisha is a good listener and helps think of solutions and actions to help you move forward.

I reached out to Alisha during a period of transition, confusion, and high anxiety. I was very vulnerable. Alisha instantly understood my situation and made me feel heard, seen, and understood from the very first time we spoke. What I loved about working with Alisha most was her empathy. Also, her availability. She makes it a point to be accessible via different channels, well beyond the hour we spent together every other week. The sense of connection she had to the issues I experienced was very reassuring. It made me feel less alone, which meant the world to me. Ultimately, working with Alisha allowed me to rediscover my values and tap more deeply into my intuition. Your gut doesn't lie. Listen to it.
