This is easily the best rehab I've ever been in. When I had a traumatic incident with another client, they stopped at nothing to make the situation safe again. The community is generally very welcoming, and I've not had a clique issue in here like I usually have basically everywhere else. If I could give 6 or 7 stars, I would. I love this place.

I found this faculty by searching google reviews online. It had the best rating in all of Fort Wayne. I was having severe insomnia and related depression. I went through the admissions process, it was pretty straightforward as long as you have good insurance. Nobody mentioned a 30 day mandatory stay during this process. More on that later The rooms are clean, three beds per room. The beds are comfortable with your own tv. Headphones are provided. The nurses are not super friendly, often seems as though you are bothering them. The Nurse Practioners are better, but they can’t make any decisions. They have to call a doctor for all med changes. I have never been in a faculty so I did not know what to expect. This facility is basically on lockdown. You can’t leave. There is a small outdoor recreation area, pickleball and basketball. And an outdoor fire pit. There are techs on staff, around 5 or 6 per shift whole primary job is to keep tabs on you. Checks are done every 30 minutes during the day. They are done one hour intervals at night. They basically swing your room door open, shine a light on you and make sure you are there. Very intrusive and for someone with insomnia this should have been disclosed early on. After I was there a week, they had managed to make me worse then when I went in, I told them I wanted to leave and just go back to my family doctors. Here’s the fun part, it’s 6000 a day, that’s the cash price and they try to make you sign a loan agreement or pay cash. So if you want to leave after 7 days, it’s 42000$. I got the feeling that overall this facility, wants to do as little as possible to help you , they are primarily concerned with getting this ridiculous sum of money. They wouldn’t let me leave and really were worthless to help until I got nasty and started to threaten them. Only then did they help. My therapist was horrible, Chelsea was here name. She has an attitude and I found her worthless. I did meet with Joseph one time, and he was way better. The food is catered and horrible, super spicy. They require you to attend groups 6 hours a day. There are two types of groups. One in which the counselors basically preach to you, and the second was activities. Painting a birdhouse or playing with play doh. Tim was the only counselor i liked. He was a good guy. In closing, if you have some form of real mental illness, maybe this place is for you. If not, go to your family doctor for real help with medications
