Sarah Weatherford is who MAKES Alleviant the place to go. She not only listens but pays very close attention to every detail that you have to say. Including things that aren’t even relevant to the reason you’re there. Which makes it an extremely comfortable environment to be in. Instead of feeling like I’m checking in with a doctor that I *have to see… I feel like I’m getting to visit with a friend that I *want to see. This is a doctor’s appt a person can very much look forward to, every single time. If there are any reviews that give less than 5 stars, completely ignore them. The ONLY 1 star review I see, comes from a person complaining about not being able to get ahold of their doctor by calling the nurse…. When it is VERY clear to email your doctor directly. Simple questions are for the nurse. If you need to talk to your doctor, DO AS THEY INSTRUCT YOU TO DO AND EMAIL YOUR DOCTOR DIRECTLY. Sarah gets back to me within minutes every single time. The one star review is deduced to operator error and nothing more… by someone who I now see has left a 1 star review for everything else you can leave a review on. You’d think people would grow out of “trolling” 😒- Alleviant is WONDERFUL! Highly recommend !!!!!

Donna is very kind, patient, understanding, and fantastic at her job.The psychiatrist I had for several years lost her compassion during covid so I stopped seeing her. My general practitioner, who is wonderful, has been prescribing the meds that she had, but I was needing an adjustment to them so he referred me to Alleviant. I am thrilled that he did, because Donna is far better than that psychiatrist. Not only does Donna have immense compassion, I feel like her knowledge surpasses the psychiatrist. The new meds that Donna put me on has changed my world for the better. I love her, need her, and appreciate her. Thank you, Alleviant, for hiring such a wonderful person.
