Very good experience. Office staff very friendly and helpful. My therapist Kristi Windsperger is excellent. I feel very comfortable with her.She listens,and gives me good counseling.

I had an appointment at 5 today, but I was a little running behind so I tried calling to see if they were still available to take me today, but after hearing the phone ring for 3 minutes straight, I hung up and headed over anyways. When I got there there was no receptionist and so there was no one to let her know that I have arrived. 10 minutes later the lady who I was supposed to meet came out and I said "hi" and she looked at me and said nothing and continued to use the bathroom that said it was out of order. So I waited and she came back and went around a few doors and made sure not to look at me. So I waited some more and then 10 minutes later, I heard her call her next appointment and so I left. If you don't have a receptionist, please don't be open. I missed dinner with my family to be ignored.
