We absolutely love Dr aldea he has been an absolute blessing to our family, the clinic ,our nurses ,the people at the front desk are very polite. The only issue we have ever had is with the prior authorization lady and getting my son's medicine on time for some reason she just does not return phone Calls, and is a I will get to it when I want to type of person. We have just now gotten my son's meds after two weeks of waiting. Hoping for some positive changes there.

I've been going to Arkansas Psychiatric Clinic for many years now, and I am always treated with kindness, dignity, and compassion--both by the medical staff and the administrative/office staff. Having health issues is hard, and being treated like a real human that has worth makes an incredible difference in the midst of walking through health challenges. I am so very thankful for my doctor and all the help he provides. He is excellent at what he does. I also appreciate that I can send messages to the doctor/nurse through the online portal and/or by voicemail. The nurse that works with my doctor is always quick to take care of any needs that arise. The office is nice and comfortable. My doctor's actual office, where we meet during appointments, is very comfortable and helps create a sense of calm within the environment, even in times that I am really struggling to feel calmness within myself. I am thankful for APC!
