Dr.Foote was very attentive and friendly. However, the front desk could improve their customer service skills. I asked if there was a way I could get a link emailed to me instead of texted. It's easier to fill out the questionnaire they send me on a computer and the check in forms are usually emailed and texted. They replied well it's an automated system. I then asked if it is the same link each time. No response. I then went back and looked through my texts. It was the same link. I told the receptionist and they seemed uninterested in me or my comment. I will also be getting a second opinion on treatment since they seem like a medication forward clinic.

A couple years ago, I was diagnosed with post COVID. I was throwing up my medications and was manic and was put in a psychiatric hospital. I was so weak, I was also put into rehab as well. Turns out I had an allergic reaction to lithium. My primary care doctor told me to drink a lot of water to flush the lithium out of my system. When that didn't work I was ran up to the emergency room at the hospital. Only to be put back on the same medication I had a allergic reaction to in fact it was a double dose. This double dose and this medication destroyed my kidneys. My psychiatrist that prescribe this takes no blame for it. In fact she told me,"it wasn't her fault, it was her supervisor's fault and he said it was okay to do it." At this point my youngest brother was pissed off at the psychiatrist and want to file malpractice suit against her. My mom talked him out of it. Luckily I didn't have to go through kidney dialysis or a kidney transplant. But, due to this I cannot take any NSAIDs and a subject to Tylenol basically for the rest of my life. This doctor knows who she is and I hope she feels bad because she made a HUGE mistake. So every mistake she makes is it her supervisor's fault? After that I was on a 2000 mg sodium diet because of all this. Luckily I'm not on the diet anymore. Due to HIPAA violations and out of respect for this psychiatrist I will not reveal her name or any personal information about her. After all she put me through, I decided to seek help through a different psychiatrist that actually knows what he's doing. That was the best thing I did and I have no regrets over that.
