I’m so happy I was introduced to Benita. She has been so helpful and a light in my life. She’s made me feel comfortable & also has a way of challenging my thinking in the best way possible. I’m so grateful for her and am glad I have been given the opportunity to work with her.

Let me start off by saying that Benita is an amazing person to work with. I have known Benita for several years personally and professionally. She’s empathetic, caring, and an honest person. I highly recommend her as a therapist, she has helped me grow as a person.
