Year has come for another hunting trip for my husband. Normally, I’m freaking out suffering from separation anxiety probably abandonment issues. I wouldn’t have realize this or recognize how to do it differently without a great counselor (Traci).I understand my husband needs time away. He needs time to do things that are masculine and bring him joy Without me. this year I’ve asked my husband for forehead kisses when I start to get into my old patterns and I decided to focus on the things I can do to help him have a great time so I cleaned the truck inside and chose a better attitude, and made some great cookies. Together we made breakfast burritos for the trip. Traci has helped me with so much more I adore her and her expertise

Traci made such a positive impact in my kids’ lives. Her bilingual abilities were truly heaven sent. Her counseling approach was different with each of my kids- she met them where they needed to start. Her kindness and patience are unmatched. i really appreciate how she guided me on how to help my kids just as much as she helped my kids through that time. I 100% recommend her services to anyone who is suffering from anxiety, ptsd, or just someone needing to talk out a life change!
