Best therapy I have ever received, actually good feedback, questions, and information to help me understand myself and situations. Plus the soundbed is a great addition.

I started seeing Gracie at the end of February. Ive been to more than a few counselors over the years and while all have helped in one way or another I feel I have made my biggest strides here. I really appreciate that Gracie takes good notes and can follow my long life story during our sessions as I rarely have to repeat much. She is very knowledgeable and I have left feeling “lighter”, with more inner strength and tools to deal with things each time. I feel like she really cares and I feel very safe talking to her about what’s rattling around in my brain and/or my experiences. Im amazed at the effectiveness of the EMDR we have done and recommend that for others who have tried different therapies but havent had much success. I have had an incredibly positive experience here and I am learning to let go of a lot of old baggage. Thank you Gracie for all the help!
