Jaylene Melendez is truly an incredible therapist. I used to be skeptical about therapy due to some past experiences, but Jaylene has completely changed my perspective. From the beginning, she’s been understanding, supportive, and genuinely invested in my growth. I can honestly say I’m not the same person I was before starting therapy with her — in the best way possible. While I still have work to do, I feel confident that with her guidance, I’ll get to where I want and need to be. I’m extremely grateful to have her as my therapist!
