Many years ago I was in a situation where I needed to get some trauma therapy and I needed it ASAP. I looked around but everywhere either wasn't taking on any new patients or had an extremely long wait list of at least 4-6 months. It was extremely frustrating until I came across Boston Neurobehavioral Associates. Not only did they have an opening for a therapist that week but they had a psychologist that was ready to take me on immediately as well. It started with letting me speak to a few different therapists to make sure I found the one I was comfortable with and it was REMOTE! At that time transportation was an issue so it made everything so much easier and less stressful. Getting to talk to someone shouldn't make you stressed, it should relieve some. They have multiple offices in Boston, Worcester, and other convenient locations in Massachusetts for anyone who prefers the in person route. They do phone calls, Zoom, and in person giving everyone options for what works best for you. BNBA has many professionals that handle a large array of all different areas of needs for every individual. One of my favorite things is that I can go on the portal and message my provider and she gets back to me extremely quickly no matter what day or time of the week. I've never had such a positive experience with anything like this in my life until BNBA and I'm extremely grateful to have them as the providers of my Therapy and Psychologist. I was also able to have a psych evaluation with them as an adult to diagnose my ADHD. They will evaluate you for all possible disorders as needed or wanted. Thank you BNBA for making my hard times easier and for guiding me to a better me!

I was quickly able to get a Telehealth appointment (at a convenient time) with a helpful psychiatrist named Dr. Syed Jafery. He was professional, managed our time well, prescribed appropriate medications I needed (especially for anxiety before an open heart surgery), and each prescription had a refill for convenience. Additionally, I am able to text message his office and receive very fast replies. I don't have any criticisms, the whole experience was smooth and helpful.
