I was setting up my account. Get to the application page, insurance information then find out they can't accept my health insurance so it's $399 fee for services. Lost my interest in your company.

Initially thought this practice was fine, but then the therapist I was seeing, Karen Camp, started speaking about legal matters that she had no authority to speak on, and continued to voice her own opinions on matters she was not qualified to speak on. Additionally, when i confronted her, she denied any impropriety and went on to discuss how this misunderstanding is my fault. She took advantage of her position of power and when I was most vulnerable, sided against me in a deeply personal legal battle. She caused damage to me and has no sense of responsibility whatsoever. I'd like to add that the RI Department of Health DID NOT, as this business claims below, do a full background investigation into this. Disappointment all around.
