This program is absolutely great. ALL of the staff show genuine care, and treat you as an equal/friend, always welcoming and willing to engage in activities or just talk. The chef made us thoughtful and nutritious meals, offering to teach us how to cook alongside him, while also bringing such a powerfully positive energy, himself. Therapist Chris was extremely intelligent, helpful, and funny! He helped me see things I didn't even know that were the root of my anxiety. Gigi the EMDR therpist was so kind, and for the first time I was able to actually get over past traumas! Case manager Josette brought me self confidence and self-compassion I never thought I'd have. And the house manager Jeannie treated me with such care, checking it on me and doing whatever she could to improve my personal recovery journey, and also SUCH a great mental health provider who digs deep while caring and encouraging all clients. The house is beautiful, and filled with so much natural light, it was hard to be in a bad mood just looking at my surroundings. I've had a traumatic experience in another residential, but admissions was so understanding and ensured this place will be so different...and that was an understatement!!! We got to pick outings to enjoy on the weekend and were given an a feeling of independence, NOT LIKE ANY PROGRAM OUT THERE. I'm leaving feeling so much more confident, my anxiety has gone from a 48 to a 10 (per the assessment on day 1 vs day 30), seeing my strengths, and motivated to face life knowing I now have the coping skills and self-compassion to make mindful choices, and to do whatever it takes to find a place in life that aligns with my true boundaries.

This place gave me the tools and space I needed to start healing and working on myself. I’m leaving feeling stronger, more hopeful, and grateful for everything the team has done for me. I’d highly recommend this center to anyone who’s struggling and looking for real help and compassion. You can tell the staff genuinely care about you and your wellbeing even after you depart.
