For 1 solid year, I tried to get an insurance card with my doctor's name to change him to my primary care doctor. I called wellcare, they said they will take care of it. I then waited 15 days to receive the mail. When I finally got the mail, it had the wrong doctor as my primary care on the card. I called wellcare again, found out it wasn't changed. They said they were sorry and said they would change it. The same outcome repeated, another card with the wrong doctor. After going to the doctor for an appointment, the receptionist told me I had to change my doctor's name with wellcare or the next time I came to this doctor I would have to pay. I then called wellcare for the third time, they apologized and said they would change it once again. They then sent another card with again the wrong doctor. I then called Jerry, he said he would take care of everything. Jerry, along with myself called wellcare and took care of everything and got it fixed. Finally, after 1 year and 3 tries, the problem was solved, thanks to Jerry, what an amazing job! I appreciate him for fixing this issue. He is the best! It wouldn't have been solved without him. Thank you again!
