I've been coming to CCCC since 2019 ish. I started seeing someone during the peak of my divorce. I eventually would go through 2 therapists as they moved on from CCCC. What I really loved at the time was that I could narrow down my therapist to the gender and someone who understood me culturally. It made a big difference for me that my therapist would understand my lingo, my slang, my personality. Someone that felt like a kiki with. My current therapist is amazing, I feel seen and heard with them. They have seen me through some tough times in life and i'm glad I have CCCC to provide exceptional care. My ONLY issue that made me put 4 stars is their cancellation/missed appointment fee. It's 125.00 which at times feels like a smack when I have given them so much of my business for so long. Otherwise, I love that I can see them after work, and on zoom. It makes it so much easier to make my appointment.

In accurate billing on their part led to receiving a threat to submit my bill to collections 5 years after the date. They could not provide any documentation of this bill or that I had received services.
