My family therapist was really incredible. I have never felt so seen! I believe my mom also felt seen. I can’t describe the therapy experience but i know i was able to walk away from it feeling a lot less clustered in my head and a sense of peace and clarity. I got so lucky to work with Dr.Dayton.
