They bill for services they never performed. For example my sons counselor would go to his school to visit multiple kids however my son would come home saying he never got to see him. The school said the counselor rarely saw him and yet there was a bill every other week for services. Unprofessional responses to emails that do not include the name of the facility. I had to lookup the phone number listed in the email to discover it was from the facility. My calls and emails were rarely returned. Highly do not recommend. Was told my son was covered under our insurance however that was another false discovery.

Very unsupportive, money focused. Never return phone calls. Would not recommend.
