Family member missed an appointment due to an emergency, so we called later in the day to explain what happened and offered proof, but instead they're billing us a $125 no show fee - no compassion, no mercy. The front desk lied and said they tried to call us and leave a voicemail but there are no missed calls and there is no voicemail. For a place that's supposed to listen to and help people I'd expect more understanding. We've cancelled all future appointments, from which they were making more money every week from us than this single one time missed appointment charge. I hope your greed and intolerance were worth it. Merry Christmas!

Kara is amazing. She really understands her clients and really gets what they are saying. Its so hard to find in a therapist and she doesnt judge you at all. She knows when to push and when to back off which is great when you really do need a little push. Growing is scary and the first steps is always the hardest. So having someone who knows when to hand hold and when to not is great.
