I am very disappointed with this practice. In today's world it is very difficult to receive psychiatric care. Every where has a wait-list. I was working with Alice, until I left an abusive relationship and moved in with my family in VT. Since doing this, I was unable to work with Alice due to being in VT. I have exhausted myself trying to establish care here, and was told by the office that Alice will no longer refill my medications as she discharged me as a patient. I understand fully that she cannot work with me now that I am out of state, but refusing to refill medications until I establish new care elsewhere is absolutely absurd. This practice does not put the patient's well being first. Alice could of easily allowed refills on my medications due to my circumstances, not just a one month supply.

I’m giving 3 stars because Dr. Howard has been a really great doctor for me in the past. However, I’ve been trying to get ahold of this office for about 3 weeks now to set an appointment and no one has reached out to me at all. I’ve left at least 3 voicemails since no one ever answers the office phone, I’ve emailed them, I’ve tried to reach out through the portal which has messages disabled, I’ve used the “contact us” option on the website to no avail. I am honestly not even sure this business is open anymore.
