I’m highly upset with the woman who answered the phone today. She is nothing but rude and should be terminated. I called to tell her that I was going off the medication for depression that Adam Henry prescribed. The reason I am going off this is because it is making me sick to my stomach and I haven’t been able to eat much for the last several days. She told me that I can send a message to Adam directly. I asked her what is the site. She was extremely rude and said that I have been on the site before and I should know this. This is totally unacceptable and I expect you all to do something with this woman. I have decided to go to a different company and that is unfortunate because I like Adam.

Everybody here is super kind, patient and helpful. They have in-person and virtual visits available, I imagine that’s helpful information to know. Additionally, I have Medicaid with BCBS and they have accepted it, so far so good. Jennifer is a great practitioner, I am forever grateful to have been referred to her and be in her care!
