Dr. Coral is truly one of a kind, I have been with her for almost a year and she hears you and comforts you even when you’re not at your best. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for her. Jasmine the front desk receptionist is the sweetest as well!! Can’t wait to see you guys next month!

I had a virtual appointment scheduled and received a message with a link to join. The link did not go directly to the call, instead it led to a screen asking me to enter my email to receive another link. I realized I needed to activate an account through the app- this was not communicated prior. The activation code was still valid within the 7-day window, but it did not work. I called several office numbers starting at 5:00 p.m., navigating confusing phone trees. I left a voicemail and then eventually reached someone. They could not help me access the appointment. They also said they could not take a message from me to document that I had tried to join. I spent over 40 minutes trying to connect and could not join my scheduled session.
