Dr. Frye is phenomenal, she explains to you in detail what is happening inside your brain when you have post-concussion symptoms and offers actual suggestions on how you might be able to improve your condition. You can tell she truly cares and is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. Also, her office manager Donna is amazing! She discusses the entire process of getting started with the practice and any insurance questions you may have in a comprehensive manner. Those of us who are TBI survivors are lucky to have this practice in the Capital Region.

Called to ask for general information. Despite the fact that they do not treat the condition at their office, the person who answered was extremely helpful, informative, and pleasant. She gave me time to ask questions and even gave me recommendations beyond the practice. I am so grateful to have spoken with her today. I would strongly recommend this place based on the attentiveness and care I received despite not being a patient at the practice.
