Got a psych eval at my therapists request in order to confirm diagnoses we were discussing, the evaluator was late multiple times and was unprofessional. Evaluator told me to my face and put in the notes in my evaluation that I had ADHD, so my therapist got me an appointment with one of their psychiatrists to discuss medication. Immediately the psychiatrist accused me of lying about being adhd to get drugs, asked me to “convince him” I have adhd, and then told me he spoke to my evaluator himself who said I’ve never been diagnosed with adhd. When I got the bill for the psych evaluation I was floored because it was $1100 (for a man to be 30 min late multiple times, tell me that I had “obviously lied” on the personality tests, and to tell me that I cannot possibly have autism because my husband said I seem to do really well in social situations, because obviously this man couldn’t believe the things I was telling him about how I feel and respond to things, OBVIOUSLY I’m dramatic and my husband would know better.) after I got the bill I called and left voicemails and emailed the billing office MULTIPLE times asking to go over the bill with me and discuss a payment plan, not one single response. Within a week of receiving the bill and making a $200 payment I was informed that I could no longer see my therapist or make any new appointments until it was paid in full. No discussion, just cut me off from my therapist and then refused to answer any of my requests for a payment plan. They might have some good therapists here, I truly loved working with mine, but every single interaction I had with anyone else who works for/with this company was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and sometimes just straight up medical gaslighting. Please save yourself the trouble and just find somewhere better.

I was referred to these guys by a lawyer I fired, for a custody evaluation. They had me do a psych evaluation twice because they lost the first one. They charged me $3000 for the evaluation, but the day of the mediation the evaluator splite up our zoom call and gave no evaluation of what he had done, just a recommendation. When I confronted him and asked what his assessment was he told me he would charge approximately $2000+ more to have him write it out. It was so bad that after he got off the meeting the mediator who used to be a judge said that, that was the worst evaluation he had ever seen and decided to dismiss it entirely from my case. After the hearing I contacted the owner and made a complaint by email. He messaged me back a couple of times but never resolved the issue. A few months later they send me another bill for $1100 which I refuse to pay and they are still sending me the same bill over a year later. Please save yourself the heartache and find a better company to work with.
