They have been great, although hard to reach at times. They are very helpful and willing to help and answer any questions you have.

I had a disappointing experience with a medical appointment that highlighted a significant lack of professionalism. I had scheduled a Zoom call with a female doctor for 11:00 a.m. and logged on by 10:50 a.m., eagerly waiting for the appointment. However, the doctor did not show up. After waiting until 11:16 a.m., I called the office to confirm the date and time, which I had noted correctly. The office staff informed me that the doctor was running late with another patient and would be another 15 minutes. I agreed to wait, as this appointment was important to me. To make matters worse, I was originally scheduled with a female doctor, but during my call, I was told a male doctor was running late instead. They completely switched the doctors without informing me, which left me confused and frustrated. I waited an additional 10 minutes before the doctor finally started the meeting, only to abruptly end it after a couple of minutes without any explanation. I called the office back immediately for clarification and was informed that the doctor was now "experiencing technical issues" and that I would need to reschedule my appointment altogether. This entire ordeal resulted in extreme frustration due to the lack of accountability and consideration. I missed an hour of work today and will have to miss another hour next week, all while being left without the consultation I had planned for. The lack of communication and organization in handling my appointment was highly unprofessional and has left me feeling undervalued as a patient. Do better.
