There is no one that takes calls during business hours. Only voicemail. Have left many many messages over the last month with no callback. For a medical provider to not return a patient in desperate need is unprofessional to start. Seems like a fly by night operation. If you can't meet the needs of people that are truly in need or simply make a phone call to a "patient" with reassurance that they are important, an oversight agency seems to be the next step. Bad Business practice. 9/16/24 11:03 am Thanks for your immediate response back to my concern. I understand there are many ways to contact your providers once established as a patient. I am following my instructions from my pcp as requested on my referral. How does a non patient connect to become a patient if there is no response from the referred provider? I will go back to my PCP and seek a provider that has a better form of business communication.

He emailed me and told me off and dumped me as a patient. And now I am without any help. When all I wanted was a prescription that had run out and I was having difficulty with CVS. I was sick and just wanted to go home and lay down. Not a nice thing to do to someone with mental health issues, I didn't deserve to be blamed for something that was out of my control nor for taking something I said as a personal attack. Update: I see a new person now, Michael misdiagnosed me and gave me medicine to treat things that I didn't have. I don't understand why he's able to get away with this behavior?! Its not ethical for a psychologist nurse to be a liar and misdiagnosis his patients! He's not doing his job and gets away with it and the patient is left on their own. His behavior only adds to someone's mental health issues more. Why does concord behavioral allow their providers to treat patients this way?!
