I’ve been going to CMHC for many years. I firmly believe in CMHC because I was able to gain a peaceful & stable mental life. I was able to learn that I not alone & appreciate my journey with open eyes.

When I went it felt rushed. The lady didn't take me serious and told me to see my doctor. I was told by my therapist to go there because a psychiatrist is supposed to diagnose you with a mental illness.
