I was super nervous about starting therapy and didn’t ever think it was something I needed, but Crayton made me feel super comfortable and helped me find some feelings i never knew I had. He is always super nice and never makes me feel judged for anything that I talk about. I really enjoy seeing and talking to him!

Understanding and provides very helpful insight. Sympathetic and empathic towards patients (at least in my experience) and I feel a lot stronger as a person as a result of my sessions. Been seeing Crayton for a year and I've made so much progress in my depression and anxiety and he helped me find a doctor to manage the chemical side of my mental health. Very flexible with scheduling and even the option for telehealth meetings if you aren't comfortable with in person sessions. Actually remembers you as a person and details provided in past sessions. Doesn't treat you as just another patient but an actual human being. It took me several different therapists before finally finding one that works for me. Maybe this is the one for you too!
