I am incredibly impressed with the skill and professionalism of the team at CC&C. While finding a psychologist, therapist, or psychiatrist can sometimes feel like….. “umm where do I start?” Due to the abundance of options, what truly sets this practice apart is the ease of scheduling and the profound sense of being heard during my sessions. For me, It's a rare and invaluable experience to walk away from a session not only with a deeper understanding of myself and my motivations but also with clear, actionable items and Specific, Measurable, Achievable, & Realistic goals and homework This approach has been instrumental in my personal growth and progress. I highly recommend Sister Z for anyone seeking truly impactful and supportive mental health care. Keep up the great work. ☝️

As a fellow pediatric provider, I’ve seen how Zaneb’s clients benefit not only from her emotional insight but also from her practical support around school accommodations, executive functioning, and ADHD-related challenges. She truly advocates for her clients, guiding families through the 504/IEP process and communicating clearly with schools and providers. She is extremely easy to talk to and makes everyone around her feel comfortable! Highly recommend!!
