Dr. Ruby is truly great. She is incredibly personal, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the people she works with. She went above and beyond to make sure our mutual client was supported, and cared for. The difference she created was meaningful and lasting. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness sets her apart, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I look forward to working more with her.

Staff was nice however I left feeling like more could have been done at my son's scheduled two hour autism screening . Dr. Ruby sent him out stating how he "wasn't saying much". I thought the whole point was to watch how he chose to interact with her , when all they were doing was playing to begin with. I wasn't even done completing the questionnaire before she was sending him back out. My son is not the aggressive type so other than that I didn't understand the need to end the session so early. It wasn't enough to give me an understanding as to why we were just handed pamphlets to contact someone for" speech therapy" and sent on our way. At the time I was trying to piece together what was happening. But my son is already in speech therapy, so if she would have taken the time to further explain evy, my husband and I wouldn't have left feeling the way we did. After all, I just think it was a waste of a visit.
