My son (5 years old) and I both receive services from Directions, and our experience has been exceptional. The office and its location is a beautiful and calming space. My son sees Theresa Black and I am a patient of Kristi Valente, and they are both incredibly professional, personable and have helped facilitate some amazing healing for both of us. I do not hesitate to referred friends, and I am very grateful to have found Directions.

I have personally worked with Directions Counseling for over a decade. I’ve been referring clients both adolescents and adult in need a therapy and life coaching. Their ability to ensure you are placed with an appropriate therapist and to know when outside help or a higher level of care is needed has been a strong suit of this group. I highly recommend Direction Counseling and have had nothing but success and healing for all clients I have sent thier way!
