I've been in therapy on and off for about 10 years now and always felt like I hit a wall after a while. With Lindsay, I have taken on and processed more in the last 6 months I've been seeing her than in those previous 10 years of other types of therapy combined. I struggle with a lot of anxiety and try to use comedy to ignore it. (Be proud of me Lindsay, I started to type I was "bad" about using comedy. 😅) I know I needed someone who could call me out when I was doing this and Lindsay is so keen to call me out in the way I need to hear. She is able to call out my behaviors/compulsions (skin picking, holding my breath, etc.) when I don't even realize I'm doing them. I never knew what some people meant when they would say "therapy is the most rewarding but difficult thing" until I started doing Exposure and Response Prevention with Lindsay. If I could rate this place a million stars, I would.

My daughter and I see Mrs. Lindsay Burleson. She is great. We both love her. Highly recommend. Only person we see. We followed her from her previous place. My daughter first saw her when she was 14, she is now 18.
