Chelsea Armstrong LPC is KIND. She’s compassionate, patient & empathetic. She doesn’t interrupt, or dominate the conversation. She is not leaving nor have I ever felt judgment in her office. Chelsea is like visiting your friend, catching-up while having coffee. In my case, sweet iced tea.

Kristyn Duffy has been working with my 10 year old son, and our family is indebted to her. I am typically included in sessions because it helps get the most out of our time. Her ability to recall details and relevant factors from sessions long past amazes me, and her approach to challenging topics is always executed in a way that perfectly fits my son's needs. We leave every session feeling lighter, happier, and hopeful. She has helped me understand how to best interact with my son, which has made our house a much happier place. The Ellie Mental Health location we go to in Colorado Springs is beautiful. The check in system is easy, the bathroom is always well maintained, and the lobby area is decorated very nicely with interesting reading material. The room we go into for sessions is inviting and comfortable, and includes fidgets and games that are occasionally incorporated into sessions when appropriate. I absolutely recommend this location and especially Kristyn.
