I've been seeing Abigail at Ellie Mental Health since September and she has helped me so much! I have always been so nervous about starting/going to therapy, but Abigail made the process so simple and easy. She responds super quickly to my emails whenever I need to change my appointment and has always been so accommodating. I've learned a lot from her and would recommend her to anyone!

Trinicia Woods has been great. Every session we have had has been natural. She is always well educated on signs and symptoms that I’ve been experiencing. I’ve been able to learn more about myself since I started having sessions with her. She is highly recommended by me.
