Attending this Zoom anger management class was a really helpful experience. The instructor was respectful, knowledgeable, and made the sessions engaging even in an online format. I learned practical tools to manage my emotions, communicate better, and handle stressful situations more calmly. I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their emotional control.

Stephanie and the Encounters Counseling and Recovery Group are excellent! They are extremely committed to helping you grow as a person and good member of society. They teach you so many skills to cope with everyday challenges. They bring their personal stories in to lead by example. If you pay attention to their program you will become a better , kinder person to yourself and others. I would have never known how much I could grow without their support and teachings.
