I worked with Anna over the last year as I navigated a career change - pivoting from a long litigation career to build a mediation practice. Every meeting sparked a new idea for me, or a new way of thinking about what I was doing. Anna was very adept at drawing out new thoughts or helping crystalize challenges that I did not even recognize I was facing. My mediation career is now off and running and I credit Anna with playing an instrumental role in helping me get traction so quickly.

Working with Anna has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself as both a lawyer and a human being. For over a year, I’ve met with her three times a month, and in that time she’s been more than a coach—she’s been a listening ear, a counselor, and a steady support through the highs and lows of practicing law.
