Family Counseling Connection

Place is a joke. They don’t turn on their phones until 9am. Don’t open the doors until 9am. They make your appointment at 8:30am and then when you arrive 8 minutes late (9:08am) they refuse to see you. This would have been my first appointment but if your going to make an appointment during hours that your phone service isn’t on and doors unlocked and available then don’t make appointments that early, especially when I took the morning off of work and rescheduled important corporate meetings just to make the appointment to get turned down. Now I have to drive an hour back and wasted gas and time. Avoid this place especially if you are given an early appointment. They said they were inside the Catholic School/Preschool but that’s not really where their offices are. Do better especially when hiring people to do a simple job. Ridiculous.

My 2 therapists have been great. I never had a problem until their recent receptionists. Marked me as a No call/ no show and took me off the scheduling. Said I called after my appts and cancelled and that I never called them when I was having issues with the telehealth link for my appt. I was going in person before but had to telehealth due to my job. Extremely rude behavior and they never informed my therapist of anything. They claim I never called when I got the phone records of the calls. They weren't sending me the telehealth links or appt reminders and claim they did. The receptionists are the problem. So judgy too.
