Mixed emotions about this office. The doctors and PA's are very good at their jobs. They are always kind, and quick to bring you back. However... the follow through and help with ANYTHING outside of a normal appointment is horrible. My first appointment I asked for some additional screenings. I never received the results for that, still. That was over 2 years ago. Recently, I was waiting on very important blood work results that were being sent to this office the day before Thanksgiving. The MA I was working with promised she would let me know if they got the results either way before they closed. She never called, and still today this day has never called with the results. I had to fight tooth and nail with the lab to get my results directly to me. I have also called and requested help with getting a prescription from this office. It was a simple request, and I was in there within the last two weeks. It is day three of waiting for help on an URGENT matter. The staff states that its in someone else's hands every time I call. No one there takes a moment to really stop and just help someone. They are incredibly dismissive. Will be leaving this office.

The good reviews for this place astound me. It took months to get an appointment and when I arrived the one receptionist was swamped and took a long time to get to me. It was 20 minutes past my appointment by the time she spoke to me and told me that they had to reschedule me because they were running late. I'd already waited months, and now I had taken off work to be there, and they had to reschedule me. They offered me a virtual appointment which I had to wait a month for. When the time finally arrived for the first time now virtual appointment the practitioner was so late that I got 11 minutes with her total, and did not get to discuss my concerns at all. The doctor said she would order labs for me which then triggered the most ridiculous series of me having to call and email the clinic repeatedly to get the labs actually ordered and to get answers to simple questions like whether I should be fasting, when in cycle to take it, etc. I'm now months past that first consult and need to book for the labs follow up. You can't book online, their web portal won't allow this. I can show that I have called this office literally dozens of times since summer in order to try to book appointment and I only get a call back for about a quarter of my calls. I call again to book, am told all follow ups are only 15 minutes, and I can't book a longer follow up. I got 11 minutes virtually with the doctor for the first time. I am told she is only in office one week of the month. I explain that I have a great deal of questions and want to actually discuss things with a doctor and ask if I can switch to a different doctor who will see me for more than 15 minutes. I am told that once I've established with a doctor I cannot switch to a different doctor. Keep in mind this entire time I keep getting put on hold and the hold message keeps talking about their serene kind clinic that really listens to women and takes time for their concerns. I am floored. This is nothing but a sham business that wants to churn patients through, sell them as much botox as possible, gives only 15 minutes per appointment and doesn't actually address medical needs. I cannot fathom all these positive reviews; I've given this place the benefit of the doubt more times than I can count now and they're just awful. Avoid at all costs.
