I sought therapy for social anxiety, but wound up going through a really traumatic breakup just a couple of sessions in. Tess was incredibly supportive and an excellent ear, helping me work through attachment issues that were glaringly revealed in the wake of the breakup, while helping me stay focused on the fact that I was not really to blame for what happened. I grew and learned a great deal over the course of not quite a year, and I "graduated" feeling much more confident and centered in myself. On the paper side, Fjord was very easy to work with, flexible scheduling, effortless billing of my insurance, and an accessible, comfortable space. I'm profoundly grateful for my time there!
