I had a wonderful year and a half experience with Jon as my counselor and friend. Jon was able to help me grow as a person while identifying personal deficits and creating more healthy alternatives to some of my more maladaptive tendencies. Jon is an amazing counselor and I highly recommend anyone looking for a psychotherapeutic approach to mental health to set up an appointment with him. I will say that if you’re looking for more heavily involved therapies which involve more “problem-solving” type therapies to possibly look at someone who is more involved in a diagnostic setting.
